If you would prefer to read a hard copy of Magic Bullets, the Routines Manuals, Phone & Text Game or Daytime Dating, you can visit our 3rd party online stores and purchase them there.  DO NOT complete transactions on both the 3rd party online store AND the Love Systems website, as the sites are not linked and you will be charged separately on each site.

I purchased Magic Bullets/Routines Manual/Phone & Text Game/Daytime Dating, but I have not received the necessary email(s) containing the link, password, and/or both. What should I do?

Please check your junk mail or spam folder within your email program, as our emails from info [at] lovesystems.com or customerservice [at] lovesystems.com very often end up in this folder. To prevent this from happening, you can whitelist both of these email addresses (check out our complete whitelist instructions). If the emails did not show up in your junk mail, please contact our Customer Service department and one of our reps will forward links and passwords for the materials you’ve purchased. If you are using a foreign domain, our automated system may not be able to send emails to you.

Do I need the password to access Magic Bullets/Routines Manual/Phone & Text Game/Daytime Dating every time I want to read the material?

Yes, you will need the password for the eBook files every time you open the PDFs. It is a good idea to save the email from info [at] lovesystems.com in a separate folder in your inbox so that it is easily accessible.

I downloaded the interview link but it won’t open. What program should I use?

Our Interview Series MP3s open in the program called Windows Media Player (for PC & Mac). If you do not have it on your computer, you can easily download the latest available version at the link provided below:

You can also open them in iTunes if that is your preferred audio application.

I downloaded the interview, but it will only play a small portion of the hour-long program. How do I fix this?

The MP3 downloads can be affected by the operating system, the program you’re using to open the material or the speed of your internet service. If only a portion of the MP3 is downloaded you may need to restart your computer, refresh your modem, or retry the download. None of the IVS links contain a partial file, so if it does not download in full, the problem may lie in your computer setup. Once you have attempted troubleshooting on your end without success, contact our Customer Service department, and one of our reps will forward you a new link to access the material.

I downloaded Magic Bullets/Routines Manual/Phone & Text Game/Daytime Dating but it won’t open properly. How do I fix this?

Chances are, if your Magic Bullets, Routines Manual, Phone & Text Game or Daytime Dating does not open properly, you do not have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat to read the PDF file. You can download it for free here: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/.

I am waiting for physical product to arrive in the mail, and the appropriate waiting period of 10-14 days has passed. Whom do I contact about my shipment?

If the appropriate waiting period has elapsed, please contact our Customer Service department and one of our reps will assist you.

When I tried to download the file through the given link, the screen says “unauthorized access” or “link expired.” What do I do?

If you receive this error message, it means you have waited passed the expiration date to download your file. At this point, you will need to contact our Customer Service department and one of our reps will send you a fresh link. Please note that the new link will ALSO EXPIRE after a certain period of time (usually about two weeks). After you download the file, please remember to SAVE AS to your hard drive so you can continue to access the material.

I haven’t received the location details for the bootcamp I’m signed up for. Whom should I contact?

You may contact our Customer Service department to request the location email if you did not receive it in a timely manner. Also, check your junk mail folder before contacting us, as our emails occasionally are forwarded there. Please note that you will not receive the location email until AFTER you have paid the deposit for the workshop.

Whom do I contact regarding paying my bootcamp balance?

The best way to pay your bootcamp balance is via telephone. All seminar balances are due the Tuesday before the event. You can call the Love Systems customer service desk at 323-836-0150, extension 2 to finalize the remainder.

What do I need to wear to a bootcamp? Is there anything special I need to bring?

For the seminar portion, it is just fine to dress in casual attire. For the in-field portion, wear an outfit that will guarantee your entry into the nighttime venues, like a nice pair of slacks or jeans and a button-down collar shirt. Avoid ripped jeans, t-shirts, tennis shoes, etc.

During the seminar portion, you will probably find it beneficial to take notes, so bring a pen and pad.

Are we allowed to tape or make audio recordings of the seminars?

Videotaping and audio recording are strictly prohibited at all bootcamps and seminars, but you are encouraged to take as many written notes as possible.

I can no longer access the Venusian Arts Handbook. What do I do?

Unfortunately, Love Systems no longer sells or distributes the Venusian Arts Handbook. If you can no longer access your copy of the VAH, we can offer you a $10 discount on Magic Bullets, which is a much more comprehensive book.

I purchased Magic Bullets/Routines Manual some time ago, and I would like to get the most updated version of the material. How do I go about this?

You may contact one of our customer service reps, and they will handle your request by verifying your initial purchase and sending you the link and password to the updated material.
