Love Systems Whitelist

 

The following instructions will help you ensure that your product information can get through to your inbox. We have specific information for Gmail, AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo!, Mozilla Thunderbird, Comcast, Microsoft Office Outlook, Verizon.net, and Apple Mail OS X.

Note: If the instructions below don't apply to your situation, the best thing you can do is add the domain www.lovesystems.com to your friends list or contact list.  Look in your junk mail folder, deleted items folder, or bulk mail folder for any messages from us and click on "not junk" or "not spam."  If this isn't solving the situation, please email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. GMAIL

  1. Click on the dropdown box in the upper right-hand corner of Gmail.
  2. Click on “Settings.”
  3. Once on the settings screen, click on the “filters” tab.
  4. Click on “create new filter.”
  5. In the box that says “from” type in: @lovesystems.com (this will ensure you receive all emails from Love Systems)
  6. Click “Create filter with this search” in the lower left side of the box.
  7. Check the box that states: “Never send it to spam.”
   
 

AOL

  1. Click the Mail menu and select Address Book.
  2. Wait for the “Address Book” window to pop up, then click the Add button.
  3. Wait for the “Address Card for New Contact” window to load.
  4. Once loaded, cut and paste @lovesystems.com into the “Other E-Mail” field.
  5. Make our “From” address the “Primary E-Mail” address by checking the associated check box.
  6. Click the Save button.
   
 

HOTMAIL

  1. Open your mailbox and click “options” (upper right hand corner).
  2. Click the “Junk E-Mail Protection” link (top of page).
  3. Select the “Safe List” link (2nd from bottom).
  4. Type in: @lovesystems.com into the dialog box titled “Type an address or domain.”
  5. Click the “add” button next to the dialog box.
   
 

YAHOO! MAIL

  1. Go to the “Mail” section of Yahoo! and click on the “options” drop-down box on the upper right-hand side.
  2. Click on “Mail options.”
  3. Then click on “filters” on the left-hand side and click on “add filter.”
  4. Under filter name, type: Love Systems
  5. Under sender, type: @lovesystems.com
  6. Under the “move to folder” box, click “inbox.”
  7. Click “save changes.”
   
 

MOZILLA THUNDERBIRD

  1. Click the Address Book button.
  2. Highlight the Personal Address Book.
  3. Click on “New Card.”
  4. In the “Contact” tab of the new card, copy and paste @lovesystems.com into the email dialog box.
  5. Click “Ok.”
  6. Next, to whitelist your address book, select “Tools > Junk Mail Controls” from the drop down menu.
  7. Update the “White Lists” module under the “Settings” tab by selecting “Personal Address Book” from the drop-down menu, and then check the box next to “Do not mark messages as junk mail.”
  8. Click “Ok.”
 

COMCAST

  1. Sign into Webmail.
  2. On the left navigation menu, click Address Book.
  3. Click Add Contact.
  4. Under the General tab, in the box under the Email Address, enter @lovesystems.com
  5. Click the Add button.
  6. If you have enabled “Restrict Incoming Email,” also do the following:
  7. Sign into Webmail.
  8. Select Preferences.
  9. Select "Restrict Incoming Email." (Note: If Enable Email Controls is set to Yes, then you are restricting incoming emails.)
  10. Select "Allow email from addresses listed below."
  11. Enter @lovesystems.com
  12. Click the Add button.
 

MICROSOFT OFFICE OUTLOOK

  1. In the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. On the preferences tab, click “Junk E-mail.”
  3. On the Safe Senders tab, click Add.
  4. Add @lovesystems.com where it says “Add Adress.”
  5. Click OK.
 

VERIZON.NET

  1. Go to your account and click on the Address Book link in the left column.
  2. Select “Create Contact.”
  3. The Add Address Book Entry screen appears. In the Email field, type: @lovesystems.com
  4. In the Nickname field, type: Love Systems
  5. Select Save.
 

APPLE MAIL FOR OS X

  1. Go to Mail > Preferences from your Mail menu.
  2. Go to the Rules tab.
  3. Select Add Rule.
  4. Give this rule a name: Love Systems
  5. Create a rule that says “If any of the following conditions are met: ‘From’ ‘Contains’” and then paste in    “@lovesystems.com”
  6. From the actions, select ‘Move message’ to mailbox ‘Inbox.’
  7. Click “OK.”
