Love Systems Whitelist

The following instructions will help you ensure that your product information can get through to your inbox. We have specific information for Gmail, AOL, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo! Mail, Zoho, Mail.com, Yandex, GMX, and Hush Mail.

Note: If the instructions below don't apply to your situation, the best thing you can do is add the domain www.lovesystems.com to your friends list or contact list.  Look in your junk mail folder, deleted items folder, or bulk mail folder for any messages from us and click on "not junk" or "not spam."  If this isn't solving the situation, please email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. Gmail:

SHORTCUT

1. On the message you wish to keep, right click (for PC) or two-finger click (for Mac) and select 'Not Spam' from the drop down list

NOTE: This can also be accomplished by clicking on the selection box to the left of the message. After selecting, click the 'Not Spam' button

TRADITIONAL

1. Click the 'Settings' icon and select 'Settings' from the drop down list

2. Towards the top of the settings window, click on 'Filters'

3. Select 'Create New Filter'

4. In the 'From' box, type '@lovesystems.com' - Then select 'Create Filter With This Search'

5. Click 'Never Send This to Spam' - Then click 'Create Filter'

ALTERNATE OPTION:

1. This can also be accomplished by right-clicking (for PC) or a two-finger clicking (for Mac) on the message and then selecting the 'Move to Tab' option from the drop down menu.

2. Click on 'Primary' to move the message to your Primary tab.

3. When prompted by the popup, choose 'Yes' to have Gmail remember this action for future messages

AOL:

SHORTCUT

1. On the message you wish to keep, right click (for PC) or two-finger chick (for Mac) and select 'Not Spam' from the drop down list

NOTE: This can also be accomplished by clicking on the selection box to the left of the message. After selecting, click the 'Not Spam' button

TRADITIONAL

1. Click 'Options' in the upper right-hand corner of the window

2. Select 'Mail Settings' from the drop down option list

3. On the left-hand side of the window, choose 'Filters and Alerts'

4. Click on 'Create Filter

5. In the box at the top of the window, type 'Love Systems' to name the filter

6. In the 'From' box, type '@lovesystems.com'

7. Towards the bottom of the box, click on the 'Move to Folder' button

8. In the drop down list, choose 'New Folder' and, in the black space provided, type 'Love Systems'

9. Click 'Create'

Outlook:

SHORTCUT

1. On the message you wish to keep, right click (for PC) or two-finger chick (for Mac) and select 'Not Junk from the drop down list

TRADITIONAL

1. In the upper right-hand corner, click the 'Settings' button. Then select 'More Mail Settings'

2. Select 'Safe and Blocked Senders'

3. Select 'Safe Senders'

4. Type '@lovesystems.com' into the box and then select 'Add to List'

iCloud:

SHORTCUT

1. Open 'Junk' folder and click on the message you wish to keep

2. Click 'Not Junk'

TRADITIONAL

1. Click settings button in the lower left-hand corner

2. Click 'Rules'

3. Click 'Add Rule'

4. Choose 'Is From' from the drop down list and type '@lovesystems.com' into the box

5. Click the 'Then' box and select 'Move to Folder'

6. Click 'New Folder'

7. When the box appears, type 'Love Systems' to name your new folder

8. When finished, the new rule will appear like this

9. In the lower right hand corner - Click 'Done'

10. Any new messages from Love Systems will appear in this folder:

Yahoo! Mail:

SHORTCUT

1. On the message you wish to keep, right click (for PC) or two-finger chick (for Mac) and select 'Not Spam' from the drop down list

TRADITIONAL

1. In the upper right-hand corner, click the 'Settings' icon and then select 'Settings' from the drop down list

2. Select 'filters' from the left hand side of the window. Then click on 'Add'

3. Type 'Love Systems' into the 'Filter Name' box

4. Under the 'Sender' category select 'Contains' from the drop down box and then type '@lovesystems.com' in the box to the right

5. For the option 'Then deliver the email to the following folder' select 'Inbox' from the drop down list

6. Click 'Save' in the lower left-hand corner

7. When done, the new filter will appear in the filters list. Click 'Save' in the lower left hand corner

Zoho:

SHORTCUT

1. On the message you wish to keep, right click (for PC) or two-finger chick (for Mac) and select 'Not Spam' from the drop down list

NOTE: This can also be accomplished by clicking on the selection box to the left of the message. After selecting, click the 'Not Spam' button

TRADITIONAL

1. Click on 'Settings' in the upper right-hand corner

2. Under the 'Mail' tab, click on 'Filters'

3. In the upper left-hand corner, click 'Add Filter'

4. Name the filter 'Love Systems'

5. Make sure that the first box is set to 'Sender' and the second box is set to 'Contains'

6. In the third box, type '@lovesystems.com'

7. In the 'Move to Folder' section, click 'Browse'

8. In the box that appears, select 'Inbox' - Then click 'Ok'

9. When finished, click 'Save'

10. Love systems will now appear in the 'Filters' list

Mail.com:

SHORTCUT

1. On the message you wish to keep, right click (for PC) or two-finger chick (for Mac) and select 'Add to Whitelist' from the drop down list

NOTE: This can also be accomplished by clicking on the selection box to the left of the message. After selecting, click the 'Not Spam' button

TRADITIONAL

1. In the upper right-hand corner, click on the 'Settings' icon

2. Under the 'Email' tab, click 'Filter Rules'

3. In the upper left-hand corner of the window, click 'New Filter Rule'

4. In the 'Filter Rule Name' box, type 'Love Systems'

5. In the 'Conditions' section, click on the drop down list and select 'Sender'

6. Click on the next drop down list and select 'Contains'

7. Type '@lovesystems.com' into the box on the right

8. When finished, click on the green checkmark

9. In the 'Execute The Following Task(s)' section, click on the drop down list and select 'Move to Folder'

10. From the next drop down list, select 'Inbox'

11. After selecting 'Inbox,' click on the green checkmark

12. Click 'OK'

13. The new filter will appear in the list, with the details below it

14. Click 'OK'

Yandex:

SHORTCUT

1. Click on the spam folder on the left hand side of your mailbox

2. Click on the selection box to the left of the message you wish to keep. After selecting, click the 'Not Spam' button above the message list

TRADITIONAL

1. Click on the 'Settings' icon, and then select 'Message Filtering'

2. Select 'Create Filter'

3. Set the first box to 'From'

4. Click on the second box and select 'Contains'

5. Type '@lovesystems.com' into the third box on the right

6. Under the 'Take the Following Action' heading, check the box next to 'Move to Folder'

7. Click the box to the right and select 'New Folder'

8. Name the new folder 'Love Systems' and click 'Create Folder'

9. When finished, click 'Create Filter'

10. Your new filter will now be visible in the filters list

GMX:

SHORTCUT

1. On the message you wish to keep, right click (for PC) or two-finger chick (for Mac) and select 'Add to Whitelist' from the drop down list

SHORTCUT

1. Click on the junk folder - Then, click on the message you wish to keep

2. Once opened, click on 'Not Spam'
