The following instructions will help you ensure that your product information can get through to your inbox. We have specific information for AOL, Gmail, Hotmail, and Yahoo! Mail. We also have additional information if you use Microsoft Outlook.
   
 

GENERAL

If the instructions below don't apply to your situation, the best thing you can do is add the domain www.lovesystems.com to your friend's list or contact list. Look in your junk mail folder, deleted items folder, or bulk mail folder for any messages from us and click on "not junk" or "not spam." If this isn't solving the situation, please email us at info@lovesystems.com.
   
 

AOL
Version 9.0 and beyond:
  1. In your mailbox, click the Add Address button (on the right) to add us to your "People I Know" list.
  2. Type @lovesystems.com.
   
 

GMAIL
  1. Go to your mailbox
  2. Click on Contacts => Add Contact => type whatever you'd like for Name and add www.lovesystems.com here.
  3. Now click Save.
This will ensure that emails from us will directly go into your inbox.
   
 

HOTMAIL
  1. Go to your mailbox and then click the Options link (on the right).
  2. In the Mail Options Menu => click Junk E-Mail Protection => click Safe List.
  3. Here type: www.lovesystems.com. and click the Add button.
  4. This will automatically add our domain to your Safe List and will ensure that future mails will directly go into Inbox.
Also if you see a message that should not be in your Junk Mail folder, click 'This is not Junk Mail' to avoid having e-mail from us (www.lovesystems.com) sent to the Junk Mail folder in the future.
   
 

YAHOO MAIL
  1. Open your Yahoo! mailbox.
  2. Click Mail => then click Options.
  3. Here you will find an option named Filters; click on that.
  4. Then click “Add.”
  5. You can type a “Filter Name” here or can leave it as it is.
  6. Now in the top row you will find a label called 'From header:.'
  7. Click in the “From Header” pull down menu field and type www.lovesystems.com. Don’t tick the “Match Case” check box next to it.
  8. Now Move the message to “Inbox” or any other folder you have already created specifically for receiving LS emails. You can do this by selecting the options from “Move the messages to” Dropdown list.
  9. Now click on “Add Filter.” It will create a filter for www.lovesystems.com.
Note: In case you haven’t created a folder (other than those provided by Yahoo like Inbox, Junk), first create one. You can find the option called “Folders Add-Edit” in the left-hand panel on the homepage. Once you create the folder name it “Love Systems.” It will be shown in the “My Folders” section immediately. This folder will also be available in “Move the messages to” Dropdown list as discussed in Step 8. You can save your filter here.
   
 

MICROSOFT OUTLOOK
  1. On the Tools menu=> click Options.
  2. Here on the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click Junk E-mail.
  3. Click the Safe Senders or Safe Recipients tab => Click Add.
  4. In the "Add Address or Domain" Dialog box enter www.lovesystems.com.
  5. Click OK and now all emails from www.lovesystems.com (any mail ID) will directly reach your Inbox.
