Growing up, Sterling had always been a motivated overachiever by nature. By the age of 22 he had graduated from a top university, had a great group of confident, social friends, and had worked at some of the world's leading investment banks. However, while his life was seemingly firing on all cylinders, Sterling was not happy. Deep down, he knew his ability to be with the women he truly wanted was severely lacking.
After a particularly miserable night of wandering the Las Vegas strip at 4am, cold and miserable, Sterling knew something had to change. He was tired of living a life inhibited by fear and knew there was so much more to be had.
After attending his first bootcamp with Mr. M in January of 2010, Sterling put to use the same motivation and work ethic which had served him so well in the other areas of his life. He accepted a full-time internship with Savoy and spent the following 6 months traveling the world, participating in over 25 programs (many back-to-back), and learning from the best that Love Systems had to offer.
Just a few short months later, Sterling became one of the youngest members of the Love Systems instructor team and was regularly teaching and refining integral portions of the bootcamp seminar. The following summer, Sterling was invited by Venture to help lead the highly-regarded Project Rockstar program.
During Project Rockstar, Venture and Sterling created the first long-term training curriculum, labeled "Game 3.0." Tailored to long-term potentiation, the curriculum was developed to be instructed over an extended period of time to ensure that the skillset became an integrated and permanent part of the student's personality.
In line with this training philosophy, Venture and Sterling created the first-ever Love Systems 10-day bootcamp which took place in Sweden at the tail-end of Project Rockstar 2011. Venture and Sterling continue to teach Game 3.0 to the lucky few who are selected for each year's Project Rockstar, and those who are able to attend the accompanying 10-day bootcamp.
Through his broad exposure to the Love Systems instructor team, Sterling has developed an exceptionally thorough understanding of the various angles of Love Systems teachings and is able to provide a consolidated approach to even the most complex issues. Moreover, having dealt with a number of limiting beliefs himself, he is confident in his ability to "re-adjust" a person's self-concept, and to help get rid of even some of the most daunting inner game issues.
Sterling is the definition of "learned game" and can relate to almost all issues that students tend to have. Employing a growth mindset, he is always in a perpetual state of self-improvement and recognizes the importance of being able to help those who are in a place that he once was.
